How the Use Case Library Works

Cases serve as structured scenarios: they cluster recurring HR challenges into clear problem definitions. Each case is then matched with a set of diagnostic tools that reveal risks, blind spots, and opportunities. This way, the library connects typical business challenges with the tools most effective to solve them. The libraries are clustered in leadership, teams, trainees, potential, special and compact cases.
